1. Your account
You must be 16+ and provide accurate info. You're responsible for your password and everything done under your account.
2. Subscription & billing
Premium is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. It auto-renews until you cancel from your account page. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds on partial months.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Man Atelier may earn commissions from retailer links shown in the app. This never changes the price you pay. We choose recommendations on style merit, not commission rate.
4. Style recommendations
Recommendations are personal opinion, not professional advice. Fit, sizing, fabric and final purchase decisions are yours. We can't guarantee items will be in stock or that a retailer will fulfill your order.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, scrape it, abuse other users, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Intellectual property
The Man Atelier name, design, code, and curated content are owned by Man Atelier. Retailer imagery and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Man Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
